Reconstruction of quay №2 at facility «Transshipment terminal of PJSC MMC Norilsk Nickel»

The scope of work

• Preparation and dismounting operations on the quay territory were completed, as well as arrangement of pile foundation, 1,470.5 t of pile shells Ø1,420×16 mm (with soil drilling out in cavity of pile shells — 79.5 m of drilling) and 319.8 t of sheet pile were installed, anchor pile shells were installed and anchor rods were mounted, territory development was completed.
• Complex of operations on the quay superstructure was completed, including laying of 1,011.5 m³ of concrete and respective works.
• Quay infrastructure was completed, including 29 sets of fenders, 14 mooring fittings, navigation mark, level gate, crane tracks, etc.
• Reinforced-concrete pavement of quay territory was done on area of 845 m³, 123 reinforced-concrete slabs ПАГ-18 and 172 m³ of asphalt concrete were laid. Railway tracks and engineering communications were arranged on the quay — electric power supply, water line, storm water and domestic sanitary sewage.
• Preparation and dismounting operations on the quay territory were completed, as well as arrangement of pile foundation, 147.9 t of pile shells Ø1,420×16 mm (with soil drilling out in cavity of pile shells — 107.14 m of drilling) and 37.6 t of sheet pile were installed, anchor pile shells were installed and anchor rods were mounted, territory development was completed. Complex of operations on the quay superstructure was also completed, including laying of 95.0 m³ of concrete and respective works.
