Liquified petroleum gas transshipment complex

Description

The complex includes to marine overpass terminals connected to reservoir tank storage via pipelines laid along process trestles. Marine section of the trestles passes along fill approach dam guarded by metal pile with abutment piece (more than 600 m) and then it runs offshore for 690 m along process supports and overpass platforms built as tall pile raft on metal pile shells.

The scope of work

• Sheet piling of the approach dam - 476 sheet piles were loaded with a total weight of more than 1200 tons. The total length of the erected sheet piling wall is about 600 m.
  
• The device of the pile foundation (including static and dynamic tests), fastening and the upper structure of the hydraulic structures of the marine flyover of the complex: the technological site, the supports of the overpasses, the corner platform, jack and mooring bollards. 212 vertical and inclined pile shells with a total weight of 2423 tons were loaded to marks from minus 20 to minus 32 meters, more than 1000 tons of metal structures and rebar were mounted, 6050 m³ of concrete were laid in the body of structures.
• Installation of a sea transport overpass - 17 spans with a total weight of 625 tons.
• Construction of the offshore section of the technological flyover with a length of 690 m and a total weight of about 2000 tons of metal structures.
• Construction of the offshore section of the flyover for electric networks, water supply and sewage networks with a length of 805 m and a total weight of about 715 tons of steel structures.
