In 2002 GT Morstroy carried out full repair of quay No. 2 of the Sea Port Yeisk.
The quay has a length of 110 m. The wharf face of the quay is advanced relative to the existing quay No.2 by 17 m and is a continuation of quay No.1. The estimated depth at the quay is 6.45 m.
The quay is designed in the form of a bulkhead with a face wall of sheet piles AU 20, anchored to the existing piling wall of metal pipes with a diameter of 720x10 mm.
On the quay, provisions are made for crane ways on pile foundation of pipes with a diameter of 720x9 mm with a track of 10.5 m and 2 railway lines on a ballasted base.
The quay is equipped with mooring bollards for a force of 25 tons and fenders made from motor car tires.
For the power supply of the portal crane, provisions are made for crane electroconductors.
The quay territory is covered with prefabricated reinforced concrete plates.
Putting the berth into operation ensured the possibility of receiving vessels of the Volga-Don type with a deadweight of 5,150 tons.
